Woo, you almost gave me a heart attack! Though I guess you post in all the role PM topics, so . . .
Anyway, personally, I would've been fine with you waiting until the morning to post if that gave you more time to put more effort into it, but I understand this game is already getting significantly delayed with people straggling on actions (I assume for legitimate reasons so I won't make a fuss.)
Anyway, I've also stayed up way too late, so I'll read the post and then go to bed. No in-thread late-night response from me! Don't you feel special? xD

It takes me about an hour to write these and I’m pretty occupied in the mornings as is, it’s easier to crank them out at night (and it might not be that better if I write it in the morning tbh haha)
Everyone gets a post if they live or die. I’m running out of quippy ways to say it!

I completely understand. How are you doing, by the way? Are you holding up alright?
I thought the work post was pretty good! And Fairy Festival is one I think Josephine would like, so good pick! I loved the narration you did for Andrea's work with 'You're Bald . . .' There are definitely some advantages to just being bald. Still, I like my hair way too much to voluntarily get rid of it; I think the extra effort to maintain it is worth it. I wonder what 'You're Bald . . .' would think about facial hair though. Your employees can't have it in the game, so it never gets addressed.

I'm doing fine! There's no need to worry about that. We're about halfway in this game I'm just hoping it's not too silly or goofy for people at this rate haha.

People seem to be having a fun time making it more silly and goofy, so I think you're good! I know my posts tend to lean heavily toward the 'serious' side, so maybe it balances out, or maybe it's tonal whiplash between reading some people's posts and mine. I dunno. I've been kinda putting in effort to keep it lighter, while also trying to play the game, haha! Though there's not much I can do, unless I end up the Keyholder next cycle! I already know who my first visit will be if that happens!

For my next action, I'll have Josephine really consider each of her life choices.
By the way, for some reason I concocted an idea for a murder scene for Josephine if she's the only one killed. It would be in a film noir style, where the break room resembles a detective's office of some kind. Everything is in grayscale, including Josephine, who is behind a desk and seems to be intently staring at a picture of the Lost Prophet, her chin resting on her hand being propped up by her elbow on the desk. There's a still-steaming cup of coffee next to her. Maybe there's even a corkboard with thumbtacks and photos connected by strings.
Suddenly, someone flips a light switch, which returns the break room to its normal, (barely)-in-color appearance, except for Josephine, who falls cold dead to the floor.
God, why do we get so much enjoyment out of imagining these kinds of things happening to our characters?

Ooh that's a very interesting setup, something I'll definitely use if it's needed!
And hey, sometimes the pain can be a little enjoyable :]

Yeah, that's true. Well, it's the 11th 35th-and-a-half hour! The praying begins . . . .
By the way, if we go with the hypothetical they were talking about in Discord, where the immediacy with which we submit our actions reflects how much we like you, I wonder what that makes us, seeing as how I "give you actions" even though I currently have none to do.

I'll tell you you're not actually the only one giving me "pointless" actions! I think they're fun to read, though :]
Also, you survived the Dusk!

Alright, if I had to gun-to-head pick the five apostles right now, I'd pick: Andrea, Carbon, Enid, Greg, and Monty. Of course, I'd actually test Debra first with one of our two extra guesses, since a lot of other people seem to believe Greg is more likely to be the innocent one and, if he is, that clears Delta, Enid, Finn, and Pliny.
Of course, we're going to find out soon if my prediction is likely to hold water depending on if Greg survives the cycle and whether we win or lose.
If Greg survives and we win, I'll believe him a lot more, and it might even destroy my prediction, which honestly, I'd be happy with, as it means I need to re-examine the relational analysis I've built up. If Greg survives and we lose, that looks pretty bad for him, and leads credence to my prediction. If Greg dies and we win, it also looks really bad for him, but doesn't increase my odds of being right as much. If Greg dies and we lose, that's the worst case scenario for any sort of information towards my claim. So we have a bit of a fuzzy XOR situation here, where my prediction kind of hinges on the incongruity of Greg's Keyholder claim.
Have I made it clear enough how much of a logic and stats nerd I am? :D

For my "action," I'm going to make peace. It is what it is, and I'm confident things will go our way.

You've survived the Dusk! By consequence, this also means you survived the whole cycle! Nice!

On one hand, woot! On the other though, I won't get to see if anything juicy happened in the second Dead Thread until the end. Boooo!
I am legitimately proud of my blorbo for surviving though.
