Lamp post description: On the lamp post a single photo is posted. In the photo, Guillermo looks like he is imprisoned behind steel bars. He looks gaunt and looks at the camera with dead eyes, almost completely different than he is now. He has blood on him as well. On the back, a note is taped. It seems to have come out of a notebook or something. On it are the words: "My love, I have not forgotten you. We will find one another and leave this wretched place. Meet me..." And then whoever cut this out of the notebook conspicuously cut things off here. "Huh. Guess I never found that note," Guille said, awkwardly scratching the back of his head. "If it's here, that means Nuwmere found it instead... Hope whoever wrote it is alright." He didn't seem to be bothered by the picture the note was attached to.

"I think we should steer clear of the pond." Marvin remarked as he gestured to Nancy to get up and move away from the pond. He also moved away from the pond as well. "Looks very dangerous."

Mel is curious about the torn photos but decides she doesn’t want to make her teammate uncomfortable. She looks at the statue’s CLOUDY EYE.

The clouds which obscure the details of the large eye are fluffy, almost like the towering clouds of a summer sky.
Beneath the eye in carved script letters is the word: PARADISO

Marvin gives everyone a smile, “Then, I think we should choose LOVE.”
The others wait for a few moments as Marvin, peering down through his glasses, carefully inputs the route he wants to take. Nobody objects though, deciding there’s no real reason to.
In the end, a bell rings out from within the podium and the rest of the button depress such that they can never be pressed.
They hear the metal of the gates clink in the distance.
[#spoiler=first gate]Beyond the first gate out of the garden is a stone hallway, somewhat reminiscent of an older mall. To the right and left are glass store displays that contain mannequins.
The far side of the hallway splits and the splits are outlined in a dark blue, indicating that entering through either of them would constitute the use of a DEVIL GATE.
Looking down one of the hallways here seems to be a bar or eatery with a bottle of wine on the door that says DIVE.
The other hallway is a door with the tail of a dragon curling around the word: THEATER.
[#spoiler=second gate]the second gate out of the garden is set similarly to the other hallway. Mannequins in interesting outfits line the wall displays. Stone column frame the way forward.
At the end of the hallway, a dark blue line marks the way forward. Again, a DEVIL GATE. Then to the right, a dark yellow gate sits in front of a set of two doors. There is only one yellow gate so going through this would soon everyone. Plus, you would get trapped in one side or the other…
Beyond the blue gate is a door painted blue with a crab, starfish and turtle playing in sand. Above that, it says BEACH.
[Time to choose which door you will go through. 2-4 is required for each one. Vote for which one you want by either publicly or privately saying the name of the door you want (BEACH, DIVE, or THEATER). If a door goes over the limit, someone will be randomly kicked from that door into a different one]
[Phase will last about 24 hours!]

"If I remember the game rules correctly, then..." Marvin said as he listed out who could open which gate.
BEACH - Grayson Greer (Turtle) DIVE - Nancy Goodfellow (Bottle) THEATER - Ren Iavolo and Button (Tail)
"Does this sound about right?" The elderly man asked the others as he ponders over which door he could choose.

"Hmmm..." Marvin looks deep in thought. "Should I go with Nancy? Or should I go with Ren because of Button?"
The elderly man imagined he spun a wheel to decide who he should go with. And the wheel landed on who he should go with.
"... Ren. I'll vote to go with Ren to the THEATER." He decided as he looks down to Button. "I'd love to get to know you better. Isn't that right, Button?"

Nancy scratches the back of her head and stands off on her own, eyeing her door and the others.
"Not even trying to cover it up, huh? What kind of sick joke..." She mutters, looking down her bracelet's icon and the similar one above the DIVE door.
She tries her best not to seem somewhat disturbed that the young woman with the sentient fursuit wishes to accompany her.

Button’s tail wags and he looks at Marvin happily.
Ren looks thoughtfully at the store windows with the mannequins and seems to be too occupied muttering to himself to cast a vote of preference. Although one can discern the fact that he doesn’t actually have one at this time.

"If our partners are going to be as important as I think they are, I'd like to get to know mine better! BEACH for me," Guille decided. He then ran over to give Button some pets, seeing as how he'd be separated from the good boy soon.

"That decides it then, right?" Bobbi starts running to the Beach room. Guille urges Grayson to come along. Datakot, not wanting to let any of them out of her sight, follows at a hurried pace behind them, using her cane expertly. Mel, the lion, and Nancy then part as well, an odd group if ever there was one. The hobbling woman looks out of place with the other two and vice versa. Finally, just Marvin and Ren are the two remaining humans. Marvin happily follows Button, amused by the dog. Ren looks extremely curious about what will come next. All three groups cross the threshold of the devil gates, successfully beating the death timer. All three head to the doors and open them and encounter three very strange adventures. [ Music Link] As the players of The Eternity Game exit their rooms, the blue devil doors are indeed inactive. There is no announcement made as the doors are passed through. The players find themselves back in the marble halls and then back in the park area in the center of the galleria. The sky overhead has only gotten darker. It's a little troubling to know that the day is so far away still. Under lamplight, they gather. Although are all of them there? Is that person being carried okay? What happened? It's time to answer questions and catch one another up after the time apart. [Share what you found in your rooms. Recap what happened. Make suggestions on what to do next. "Our room was mostly a puzzle." Mel shared. "We found this weird article too on a Quantum Buzz Emperiment?"
[#spoiler="Quantum Buzz"] *The Quantum Buzz Experiment Makes Us Double-Think The Nature of Spacetime*
*Scientists may have discovered evidence supporting the ideaa that Schrödinger's Cat could exist in real life, or at least caught a glimpse of what parallel truths may exist.*
*The Quantum Buzz Experiment was performed with a specialized quantum computer, and was an experiment where the computer predicted the trajectory of a honeybee based on thorough data gathered on the bee and thorough observations of its surroundings. The prediction model showed not just one path but more than 10,000.*
*So if you are wondering what path you could be taking through life, remember that we know that our paths are based on such details of the world that even the flight of a honeybee could go 10,000 different directions in a matter of seconds.*
*Some scientists say that this could be evidence of the existence of free will. We only found one of them, but she declined to give a quote to us.*
*In general, scientists think that this discovery has to do with how certain variables in the universe are hidden from us and that our predictions can only be so precise, but many are saying that there are variables that are determined randomly that change the path of the bee. Whether these variables are deterministic or being determined randomly is still a topic of debate and has not reached consensus.*
*The team who conducted this experiment said it will be years before this experiment is done on humans, since it's terribly expensive to have a quantum computer large enough to run this for just the bee.*
The article seems pretty cheesy, to be frank.
She was being very casual sharing all this, she probably didn't see anyone being carried because they were still in the dark and not under the lamplight. She also didn't share the bit about the photos or the trap, because it was just plain rude to hog all the tidbits about a room to yourself.

Bobbi peers up from her position of Guille’s back. Her clothes are covered in burn marks and ash, and a line of red blisters crosses her face and arm, clearly the result of burns. This simple motion seems to cause her a bit of pain.
“Hey Mel,” she said. “Good news. We can probably cancel our subscription to that tanning salon.”
She tries to smile, but part of her lip barely moves.

"Hey, it's good to see each other again after what felt like a very long time." Marvin smiles at everyone as he joins them.
"The theater's puzzle seems to revolve around the projector that we found in there, but it's no ordinary projector. It turns out the projector can play a selected memory, depending on the emotion of the subject's memory..." Marvin explains as he glances to Ren before looking back at the others.
"Also, we found a research paper on... what was it called again? Quartz linked cloning?" The elderly man seems confused. "I'm afraid you'll have to ask Ren about it as he have the research paper right now."
Just as he finished talking about the research paper, that's when he finally noticed Bobbi's current appearance.
"OH MY GOD!" He shouted, out of shock. "Bobbi, what the heck did you do to end up like this?!"

Guille didn't pay much attention to the rest of the group at first, and instead looked for a place to put Bobbi down so she could be in a more comfortable position. Only then did he turn and address the others.
"The beach was a minefield. Grayson wanted to 'test' if this really was a death game. This is the result," he explained plainly. There was lingering anger in his voice as he spoke, but mostly he just sounded dejected. "I'd hoped things would be different now, with all of you here, but Nuwmere gets to all of us in the end..."

Nancy limped her way back to the lamppost, using to support herself once before. She looked worse than she did before the group split up, but honestly compared to Bobbi it's nothing.
Anyone near her would notice that not only does she look very upset, but her breath had the horrible smell of alcohol.
"There was this trap in our room." She sounded relatively calm, at least. "Something about getting a 'Hero's Key'..."
"We had the choice to activate the trap with our bracelets, so to make it safe we activated it before anyone went down that hall. But doing so blocked us off from getting in there. So maybe we have to wait a while..."
Nancy, after giving her share of information, stared at the earth beneath her feet.

"B-Bobbi?!?!" Mel shouted, rushing to her side. She seemed to want to help Guille carry her, but he seemed to be handling it so she instead stood next to him shaking like a leaf, not doing well to keep Bobbi (or herself) calm.
"Oh my god, oh my god. You're skin, it's-" Mel stops. She lightly kisses Bobbi on the head and caressed her cheek, deliberately avoiding any spots where burns might be. "Please tell me you're ok. You're not going to die, right? Right, Guille? Right?" Her last 'right' was desperately fielded at the room.

“It’s really not a big deal,” Bobbi tried to smile. “It hurts, obviously, but I’ll be fine. Don’t worry about me.”
“I just think, if Grayson wants to ‘test’ this game again, he can do that all on his own.”
Her fingers tightly gripped the grass beneath her.

Grayson ignored the comments directed towards him. "I found a paper on the Morphogenetic Field Theory. Not that the rest of you would understand it."
[#spoiler="Morphogenetic Field Theory"]
*Morphogentic Field Theory supposes that a 3+1 dimensional spacetime is not sufficient to reflect our observations with regards to information. The point of the theory is to add an additional parallel field to our spacetime. This field is a place where information exists. Anything that holds or uses information in spacetime is then only accessing the parallel "morphogenetic field". In particular, humans pull from this field every day when they think and learn. This also explains how information does not follow the same properties of matter that we observe in other forms of matter, such as its faster-than-light speeds.*
*This theory does not have much testing around it, however, there are some famous examples of information travelling stunningly fast. Unfortunately, these examples have not been replicated in a lab. The information travelled across the planet, from one person to another, through the morphogentic field. Humans usually only access the part of the morphogenetic field representing their natural memories, but in times of epiphany or grave danger, the mind of certain people is more capable of retrieving proximal memories to the ones in their brain. This could be memories from siblings, memories from people in a similar situation, or memories from a parallel timeline in a similar situation.*
*This also supposes that time is not one dimensional as assumed, but at least two dimensional and splits many times. This would mess with our assumptions of causality so it is a highly controversial subject. Time cannot flow in multiple directions unless true randomness can split these paths.*
*There is a controversial idea that the human soul exists within the morphogenetic field, and that ghosts and angels might speak to us from the morphogenetic field as well. Those beings are only information, so they lack the physical form to participate in spacetime directly, but can still influence information which might influence spacetime, such as changing quantum objects that are indeterminate.*

"Huh, so you guys have traps in your rooms?" Marvin asked before he laughed. "Sorry, it's just that... Ren and I must've got really lucky as we didn't find any trap in our room. At least I checked for traps in there. Didn't find a single one."
And then Grayson brought up the talk of the Morphogentics Field Theory. Marvin's eyebrows raised as he turns to face Ren.
"That must've explained what we saw in there, Ren." The elderly man said as he nods.

"Also, we found a research paper on... what was it called again? Quartz linked cloning?" The elderly man seems confused. "I'm afraid you'll have to ask Ren about it as he have the research paper right now." Ren was still processing the fact that people were indeed dying and getting injured before Marvin brought up the research paper. That was a topic he could at least say something about. Ren nods and takes out the paper. By now it had been rolled up and slightly dog-eared in places, but it was still perfectly legible. "Quantum Linked Cloning, yes." he remarks, handing the paper to anyone who was interested in reading it. [#spoiler="*A Reinvestigation of Quantum Linked Cloning and its Affects on Probability*"] *Quantum linked cloning was a new technology, capable of cloning around 1 cubic meter of organic matter to a quantum symmetry. The process used to do this involved filling a cloning vat with a chemical gel and using electromagnetic radiation to activate the gel and create a quantum footprint. This technology was not well documented and shortly after it was found and used in Hudson's Probability Examinations, the technology fell into disfavor due to the danger of suffocation during the cloning process and the consensus around cloning putting it in a disfavorable light. This paper seeks to understand further just how quantum linked cloning worked, and show that the disputes around the results of the Hudson's Probability Examinations actually may have been invalid, given that quantum linked cloning would have created clones that were momentarily identical in all aspects.*
Grayson ignored the comments directed towards him. "I found a paper on the Morphogenetic Field Theory. Not that the rest of you would understand it." Ren smiles in his usual manic grin at that remark. "I'd best hope we come to understand this. Considering what Marvin and I saw, along with the fact that these were deliberately placed, I highly suspect these concepts will soon become very prominent and important for us to grasp. Well...Although then again, experiencing it requires no understanding. But anticipating it will make things a lot easier." Ren rubs his chin as he fawns over the paper Grayson found. He looks meaningfully to the group. "...I suspect that perhaps all of us have experienced or remembered something that...doesn't exactly reflect reality, does it? Or perhaps many of us are still figuring out what reality even is. It would explain why we're here. Why us, of all people, were gathered here." ...Ren will collect any research papers that people are done reading.
