Just then, Felix walked into the room, freezing a bit as he noticed Xhuli's tears and the sheer amount of people gathered here.
"A-Am I interrupting something...?"

"Oh! There you are, Felix!" Nico smiled.
"No, everything's good. I think."

Xhuli blushes but gets a big smile at Nico's words. "Uh! I'm just feeling so emotionalll. It's... probably the booze. And I am genuinely happy for you... and it's bringing up bad memories... Not that I'm stressed or anythinggg!" She glances with paranoia at Mr. Magno, scared she will be cut off. Just then, Felix walked into the room, freezing a bit as he noticed Xhuli's tears and the sheer amount of people gathered here. "A-Am I interrupting something...?" "Felix!" She waves at the newcomer despite her crying. "It's so good to see you hereee! You look so gooddd!" Caitlin's eyes were fixated on the puddle of bourbon. "I do, I guess. She was my best friend. It wasn't romantic, like ya might be thinking. She was--well, is--my sister. She's... she's the reason I'm here. But she's gone. I haven't seen her in years. If I didn't love her as much as I do, I wouldn't be stuck in this nightmare." The mediator listens silently to the Ufologist and scribbles some (illegible-looking) notes in her notebook. A look of concern appears on her gorgeous face. "What happened to her?"

"She's the reason I began studying this godforsaken stuff," Caitlin muttered. "She was ab-- no. No, sorry. It doesn't matter. Nobody's ever believed me, why would they start now?" She got up from her barstool and regained her composure. "I hope I didn't get ya too excited, there. It doesn't matter none. Nothing about anything matters. I'm no closer to finding the Truth, and there's a chance I never will if I die in this place. But I..." her voice broke, "I refuse to die in here." She then took her leave, journal in hand.

"I, uh... t-thank you...?" Felix replied, rubbing the back of his head as a flush formed in his cheeks. "A-Anyway, um, as long as everyone's fine..."
He watched as Caitlin departed, a frown forming on his face as he heard her words.

"But before that, let's get you some water, okay?" He stands up from his chair as Caitlin leaves before he can say anything to her. "I hope she's alright..." He starts looking around the bar for a bottle of water.

"Wait!! No this is the best place to talk about it please Cait! I'll believe youuu!" Xhuli falls to her knees and cries as Caitlin leaves. "Why doesn't she trust meeeeee..." she sobs. She sniffles and dusts herself off for the second time. She grabs her notebook. "She was about to say abducted, I thinkkk?" She says as she scribbles down what she thought she heard. "Poor Caitlinnn." "Do you want a drink Felix?" "Oh! Well, if we're bringing up bad memories, then we can leave." Nico said. "But before that, let's get you some water, okay?" He stands up from his chair as Caitlin leaves before he can say anything to her. "I hope she's alright..." He starts looking around the bar for a bottle of water. "No!!" She shouts too loud. She sheepishly droops her head and lets her mane fall across it. "Sorry, I was too loud. I just, they're mostly good memories, and it's not like I want to scare off you guys..."

"Y-You sure everything is okay...?"

"Felix... that's okay..." Xhuli sighs, her eyes still wet with tears. "I'm happyyy!"
She flops into Felix and then falls over. If anyone checks her, she's dead asleep. She looks a little bit beat up.
Her notebook falls open detailing notes about a bunch of events and stuff that got cancelled after Neuron was murdered by Su-Ah.

"Whoa, nice catch!" Nico said as he popped up from behind the bar just in time to witness the fall. He sets down the bottle of water he found on the counter and makes his way over to the two.
"Probably?" He asks. "I'm not really sure what to do with drunk people..."

Xhuli is a very heavy sleeper apparently as she dangles from Felix's arms.
She sleep talks a little and keeps switching between giggling and noises of distress.
"Neuron don't do it..."

Almost like it was born of convenience, Hawk stood up from behind the bar, apparently having just... Shoved himself into a cupboard and lived there while everyone was talking. Or something. "I have some... Minor experience handling drinkards," he said, not unkindly. "Allow me." He came around the end of the bar, and placed one of Xhuli's arms over his shoulder. With a grunt, he hefted her up and over his shoulders, stumbling slightly at the additional weight, but quickly regained his balance. "This is why you watch how much you drink, kids," he advised. "Passing out is not fun. I'll see you around." Shifting Xhuli around slightly, he stomped his way out, humming a tune from a certain game as he went.

"Well, at least she's in good hands."

[#spoiler=Event] Days passed. Whatever Monokuma's intent, the players remained cooperative and peaceful, for the most part. A new day dawned in the facility, though with no windows there was no way to really tell. Everyone passed the time in their own ways, whether alone or in a group. Hella, Mikoto, Faye and Yves were chatting in the Fancy Bedrooms area. They had a good view of what was going on in there, and who passed through. Hawk, Korrigan, Calvin and Ige were by themselves. Nico and Caitlin were in the Bar, playing darts. At some point Xhuli joined them, heading behind the counter to mix drinks. Felix entered later and took a seat nearby to chat to the dart players. Then the body discovery alarm rang. There was some confusion for a moment before everyone realised what it meant. They checked the floorplan and saw the alarm had been rung in the Kitchen, so everyone quickly made their way over there. Most had to traverse the board clockwise, but the bedroom group used the secret passage to head back to the Game Room. To their great relief, upon arrival they found no-one was dead. It was a close call, though. A trap had nearly killed Ige. He babbled his account to the gathered players. "I was heading to the k-kitchen. Just for a quick snack! Someone left a banana peel on the floor, and I slipped on it... And that saved my life! An arrow nearly got me right in the head! Came so close that it cut my cheek. Look!" He pointed at the offending wound. "I knew this would happen... I must look like such an easy target to you guys! W-well, you failed! You hear me? Failed! And when we find out who did it... We'll throw you in jail! Forever! It's what you deserve!" As he stood there, trembling indignantly, the other players discussed what to do. Monokuma didn't even show up, seeing as how no-one had actually died, but it was still best to investigate this and see what came of it. They all banded together and began making their way around the board.
[#spoiler=Investigation] [Investigation theme: www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOpHT6gZ0Rs]First they checked each other, as usual. No-one had anything suspicious on them. They also collated alibis, but nothing stood out. [Alibis are as narrated above. Finer details are irrelevant here.] Next, of course, was the trap itself. It was a ridiculous, ramshackle thing. It had been concealed in a bin in the Kitchen, which explained why no-one passing through the Dining Room had noticed it. It consisted of a metal tube, which had housed the 'arrow' (really no more than roughly-sharpened rod), and a shoddily-rewired DamCube. The rear end of the tube, and the games console next to it, were charred. The console had been deconstructed and rewired so that two exposed wires lead out to the end of the tube. A glowing circle on the ground by the Kitchen entrance clearly indicated a Larwm (Alarm) rune had been placed there. There wasn't much else to find here, so everyone moved on. In the Fancy Bedrooms, tucked away in Hawk's room, they found a lime-green and white controller: it was for a DamCube. Some experimentation confirmed it could turn on the console, even from this distance. Next were the Lousy Bedrooms. Here the players found a small white-and-blue chest: a Community Chest. Checking the map, they realised it had been there all this time. However, it was completely empty. It didn't seem relevant to the attempted murder; it was just a coincidence they found it now, due to investigating the room. They didn't find anything else of interest as they searched the remaining rooms. In the Game Room people gathered up and counted the DamCube controllers: only one was missing. This corresponded to the one they'd found in Hawk's bedroom. It seems they would have to make do with only these findings. Was it even possible to deduce who set the trap with this little evidence?
Korrigan turns to Hawk. "Anyone could get into your bedroom, right? No locks or anything?"
He then turns to the group. "Magic check. Has anyone used magic today? We should all empty it." he votes. "Also, if my eyes are correct, this arrow and tube aren't purple. Where did these materials come from, the workshop? Someone must have JUST learned how to do this, considering the quality. Who's been in the library?" Korrigan rapid-fires questions out, somewhat ignorant of the fact that only one can be answered at a time.

A large, fuzzy moths with beautiful white wings with eyes that match Xhuli’s decorating its wings flaps and lands on the back of her head.
The teen looks at Ige, “Oh wow Ige, I’m glad you’re okay!” She goes over and caresses the man’s head. “For the record, I’m missing all my magic today, got carried away with things,” she laughs.

"Geez, someone tried to beef Ige with this trap, eh?" Calvin wondered, while being concerned for Ige. "At least Ige made it out alive by the skin of one's tooth."
The cowboy looks at the assistant's cheek wound. "We should tends to the chap's wound. Otherwise, he may ends up with a scar to tell the story of how he cheated Death..."

"Oh yeah, we could put him that machine..." Xhuli says slyly. "Maybe that'll help heal his feelings from that banana peel too."
"I'll take care of him if nobody else wants to," she offers with a flap of the wings from the moth on her head.

"This is a pretty dumb trap." Faye elucidated. "Alarm is just about instantaneous, but it's not like your reaction time when pressing the button on the controller is. No wonder Ige lived."
"... Speaking of the controller, would the killer, uh, attempted killer have to use the one in Hawk's room? They could've used the ones in the game room too, right?"

“There aren’t many things more lethal than an arrow and that tell you more about where someone is than an alarm spell,” Xhuli says, noting in her notebook. She gives a little smile, “Thankfully that means that some of the best traps won’t be completely effective.”
She lets her moth crawl to the crown of her head, “Maybe we should try to watch the work room more? That’s probably where the arrow came from.”

The group hanging out in the bedrooms saw a few different people passing through at various points. They also weren't there for the entire day, so people would have passed by then without being spotted.
The controllers were linked to different consoles, but there were a few in the Game Room linked to the console used in the trap.

"Huh?" Xhuli leaves and comes back with those connected controllers, "Wait so there's four controllers to a console. So one of these was used? Or someone planted something in Hawk's room?"
"Oh and here's a bandaid, Ige," she gives him a bottle of disinfectant and a rainbow bandaid.
